Production Coordinator (Bilingual - English and Korean)

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support our team in the Korean market (Approximately 40 weeks). The role works closely with one of our entertainment clients, providing valuable support to Creative Merchandisers. This is a unique opportunity to work with a Creative team behind the positioning and creative expression of original content. You would be involved in a wide variety of organizational, and executional tasks through the conceptual development of video and static assets.
Full professional proficiency in English and Korean language is required.
This is a freelance position, with opportunities for conversion to a fixed-term contract.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Gather context and creative materials from Content Partners, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to assist in the production and delivery of Artwork and A/V assets to support title launch.
Extensive creative asset coordination, technical QC and meticulous tracking of said assets.
Build presentation decks and slideshows of asset suites for internal and external
presentations.Manage day-to-day project support: source required information, research & investigate details required for successful completion, traffic to partners, oversee successful delivery.
Manage and coordinate delivery of materials to internal partners and external creative agencies to ensure effective kickoff of all creative development.
Daily tracking of a suite of creative assets for titles, including managing creative timelines throughout.
Update deadlines, assets, milestones and partners on project management tools and various trackers to maintain clarity and ensure perfect deliveries of Artwork and AV assets in our fast-paced environment.
Gather relevant links and files of delivered assets and update trackers, decks and cross-functional partners.
Collaborate with internal designer and external agency partners to ensure timely and spec-accurate delivery of conceptual locked assets.
Manage tactical tasks associated with video production pipelines (opening project folders, managing and sharing access to stakeholders, communicating with assistant editors, sending kickoff emails, etc.)
Responsible for the timely & successful delivery of assigned tasks such as tracking project timelines, and progress across various verticals and projects.
Collaborate with Client to ensure vendors conform to specs and adhere to standardized workflows and best practices as set for by the client.
Coordinate with other external agency partners (vendors) to ensure timely and spec-accurate delivery of conceptual locked assets.

Responsible for the timely & successful delivery of assigned tasks such as tracking project timelines and progress across a number of verticals and projects.
Support other team members and promote well integrated service coverage for the Client.

WHAT YOU NEED
Fluency in English and Korean language.
Fanatical attention to detail.
Able to follow complex written instructions (like code, or a difficult recipe) but also have an open mind for creative solutions and an instinct for innovation.
Strong understanding of static Artwork specs and Video Specs to be able to review delivered video elements for tech spec disparities.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to be able to open files and confirm the adherence of delivery specs by external agencies.
Strong understanding of Video Specs to be able to review delivered video elements for tech spec disparities.
Exceptional organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project management.
Experience using a Digital Asset Management system or similar tools to propagate and track assets through an operational workflow.
Familiarity, passion, and curiosity for the intersection of artwork, entertainment creative, and technology.
Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with both technical and
creative partners.Firm knowledge of all aspects of a digital creative and image production workflow.
Great interpersonal skills and comfortable in a client facing role.
Fervent follow-through and being tenacious is essential.
