Junior Assistant Editor

We’re looking for a Junior Assistant Editor who’s highly organized, technically savvy, and eager to kickstart their post-production career. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth and high-quality video deliveries for one of our key client workflows.
Whether you're a fresh grad or have some hands-on experience, if you’re excited by the idea of coordinating post-production tasks and mastering tools like Premiere and Media Encoder, we’d love to hear from you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare materials using Premiere and Media Encoder
Edit materials using Adobe Creative Suite, and conform and deliver them as per requirements
Conduct quality control (QC) to ensure materials meet client guidelines
Ensure accuracy of file naming conventions while maintaining an organized and clean folder structure
Monitor project status and progress, ensuring timely completion and delivery
Pro-actively identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Ensure accurate and timely time reporting across all platforms
Maintain current project status updates on Airtable
Serve as an expert on MVA AE work and provide support to the global team
WHAT YOU NEED
Diploma in Media Studies, Visual Communications or any related field is required
Proficiency with digital tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred
Detail oriented, with the ability to ensure day-to-day maintenance and organization of data content
Excellent communication skills, ability to write and converse in English
Solution oriented, brainstorming solutions when problems arise
Knowledge of Airtable or excel spreadsheets is preferred
