We’re looking for a Post Production Coordinator to keep projects on track, teams aligned, and clients informed across fast-paced post-production workflows.

We’re open to working with freelancers who are available full-time, as well as those who prefer more flexible or ad-hoc arrangements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain current project status updates on Airtable and ensure the client receives timely updates on project progress 

• Facilitate clear communication with the client and internal teams 

• Monitor project status and progress, ensuring timely completion and delivery 

• Delegate assignments and projects to the team accordingly  

• Take proactive approach to propose solutions, strategies, and process improvements based on meeting discussions and project requirements 

Compensation

• Full time, fixed period: SGD 1k - 1.25k per week

• Adhoc arrangements: To be discussed
